  • Members: Reminders for upcoming appointments, replies to your inquiries, updates regarding your payments/billing, important deadline reminders & benefit information.
  • Customers/Clients: Information about your application status, onboarding materials, or payment-related information.

3- Standard Messaging Disclosures
